Alles was in Wordpress in eckigen Klammern daher kommt, sind sogenannte Shortcode.

Gehe in Deine Texteditor in Wordpress, (+) für neues Element/Block, dann kannst Du "Shortcode" als Suchbegriff eingeben, wähle "Shortcode" aus und setze in den neuen Block den Code von Contact7 beginnend mit "[" bis "]". Fertig.
