[CC] - Marquee tool Photoshop / Paint.Net

Hey,

Im Jake and im creating custom textures for the game Minecraft for a while now and i was always using paint.net in which you had a very smooth fillable marquee tool to create the template of the item / texture. But im using photoshop since yesterday and i got a problem: The marquee tool in photoshop isnt as smooth as in paint.net, is there an option or setting that makes the marquee as smooth as it is in paint.net ? The selection tool does not have the same functionality in Photoshop as in paint.net. In Ps you should better use the Rectangle or Custom Shape tool.

If you use the Move tool, you have an option „transfom control”. If this is checked, you can transform and rotate anyway. Note on which layer you are while selecting a shape.
