Werbeblock außerhalb des Templates anordnen

Guten Tag,

ich suche nun schon seit mehreren Stunden ein Lösung und komme irgendwie keinen Schritt weiter.
Mein Problem ist folgendes:
Ich möchte für unsere Vereinsseite einen Werbeblock rechts außerhalb des Container-Bereichs anordnen. Ich habe es mit float:right außerhalb des Body-Tags versucht, aber damit ändert sich leider auch das Menü, sprich es wird genau so hoch wie der Werbeblock (Bild im Anhang) - .

Ich benutze für unsere Website das WordPress Theme MH Magazine lite.

Außerhalb des body-tags? Du weißt schon, dass außerhalb des body-tags keinerlei Inhalte stehen dürfen?

Wenn Du die id von Deinem Werbeblock weißt solltest Du ihn direkt mit css positionieren können - siehe unten.
Ansonsten ist dies eine Alternative:

Hi, danke für diese ausführliche Antwort. Die Werbung selbst hat keine id. Sie besteht vielmehr aus javascript und einem verlinkten Bild. Siehe folgenden Code:

Sprich ich kann alles selbst bestimmen. Mein Problem ist eher, dass ich den Werbeblock nicht rechts neben mein Template bekomme, weil dann das Menü oder der Header oder sonst irgendetwas am Anfang der Seite immer auf die gleiche Höhe kommt wie der Werbeblock.
Wenn der Werbeblock links ist, ist es gar kein Problem. Habe mich jetzt aber dazu entschieden, den Werbeblock in die Sidebar zu integrieren. Das funktioniert auch ganz gut. Ist zwar nicht die optimale, gewünschte Lösung, aber eine befriedigende.
